LEADERSHIP:

REV. DR. JONATHAN LOVELADY, SENIOR PASTOR

The Lovelady family, Jon and Lisa, and their children: Stephanie, Matthew, and Luke arrived at St. Johns in 2011 following a thirteen-year pastorate in Virginia. They miss the mountains, the snow and the rhododendron, but enjoy the beaches, the beautiful azaleas, and the mild weather of north Florida. Jon began as an engineering student, but due to a conversion experience began to pursue a call to ordained ministry. He is a graduate of Lee College (now Lee University) and Columbia Theological Seminary (Master of Divinity and Doctor of Ministry). His varied ministry experiences range from preaching in a housing project while in college, to building homes in Reynosa, Mexico, and renovating homes in the mountains of West Virginia. Lisa currently works as the administrator of the Synod of the South Atlantic. Stephanie is a customer service representative for a local industry and Luke is a student at University of North Florida. Their middle child, Matthew, lives in Charlottesville, Virginia and is a manager for the Pippin Hill Farm Winery. Jon enjoys motorcycles and most all things mechanical. He is an avid runner and biker, enjoying two Jacksonville races this year, the Ortega River Run and the Gate River Run.

STAN WILKERSON, Associate for Worship and Arts

Stan Wilkerson is a professional trombonist, educator, and worship leader committed to creating meaningful, Christ-centered worship experiences. Equally at home in classical, jazz, and contemporary settings, he brings both musical excellence and pastoral sensitivity to his ministry. He has performed alongside many internationally acclaimed artists, including Wynton Marsalis, Yo-Yo Ma, Stevie Wonder, and Aretha Franklin. His orchestral and ensemble experience includes engagements with The Baltimore Symphony Orchestra, The Kennedy Center Opera House Orchestra, The Florida Orchestra, and The Jazz at Lincoln Center Orchestra. As a soloist, he has performed extensively throughout the United States and Europe. A graduate of The Florida State University and The Peabody Conservatory of Music, Stan has also served in higher education as a trombone and jazz studies professor, mentoring the next generation of musicians. Stan is passionate about cultivating a worship culture that is musically excellent, spiritually authentic, and engaging for every generation. Stan has been married to his wife, Jill, for 33 years and they have three children: Kelly, Courtney, and Sydney.

LEE ANN JAMERSON, DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS, SJPK

Lee Ann Jamerson is our new Director at SJPK. She is a Jacksonville native and received a Bachelor of Science degree from Florida State University. After a few years of volunteering in the classrooms of her three small children she felt led to teach. She received a Masters in Elementary Education from the University of North Florida in 2007. After working as a classroom teacher for over 20 years Lee Ann considers her new director’s position as SJPK her dream job! She has three adult children and one grandson who attends SJPK in our one’s program. In her free time, she can be found at church, gardening or at the beach!

STEPHANIE TAYLOR, DIRECTOR OF CHILDREN'S MINISTRIES

Stephanie was born and raised in Jacksonville, FL. She started attending St. Johns Presbyterian in 2013. She and her husband, Travis, have two children, Hattie Rowe and Fletcher, and two dogs, Doug and Cotton. In her free time you will find Stephanie volunteering at Riverside Presbyterian Day School (where her children attend) or on the tennis court. She truly believes that getting to be a part of ministry at St. Johns is a gift and is overwhelmed with gratitude for the way the Lord has worked in the Children’s Ministry.

ROSEMARY CATE, FINANCE

Rosemary joined SJPC as Financial Secretary in September 2025. Originally from New England, she moved to Jacksonville in 2015 and brings over a decade of experience in bookkeeping and operations, including work at an architectural firm and a boutique vacation rental company. Rosemary holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of Arizona and a Master of Architecture degree from the NewSchool of Architecture & Design in San Diego. Outside of work, Rosemary loves tennis, pickleball, and spending time with her fiancé, Will. They adopted their first dog last year, a sweet chi-poo named Trudy.

MACK MCCORVEY, TECH DIRECTOR

Mack is a Jacksonville native with a deep love for both ministry and the creative arts. At an early age, he found his calling in live production, which led him to serve at the historic Murray Hill Theatre as a volunteer. He eventually stepped into the role of a Production Manager and helped support a variety of concerts, worship nights, and outreach events. Mack is an avid reader and musician. His leadership skills were shaped through his service as a Corrections Officer with the Florida Department of Corrections, where he learned to lead with strength, empathy, and discipline. He maintains his law enforcement and security credentials in his role as the Senior Security Sergeant at Florida State College at Jacksonville. He has been married to his wife, Sigrid, since 2016. Together, they share a heart for community, faith, and service. Mack is passionate about using his gifts to glorify God and support the local church.
